Had eight months off and then started back in work on June 1st. Now heading towards his comeback trial which will be in the first week of September...
Performance Notes:
Trainer Ken Williamson has a fair bit of time for this horse and fancies his chances of developing him into a nice stayer. He impressed on debut with a gallant third at Northam after being caught wide all the way, and then not far from the winner at Belmont Park on August 5th 2009. Impressed again when a winner at Belmont Park over 2100m at just his third lifetime start. At his next run however, he strained a suspensory ligament which meant an enforced layoff of 8 months. Now back in work and heading towards a trial in early September...
Pedigree Notes:
Nice looking type who came to us from the Horses in Training sale. He's by HELENUS, a very promising stallion-without doubt the best credentialled ever to come to WA. He didn't live up to the hype though and was considered a failure here in WA-hence his recent relocation to a Victorian Stud for the 2010 season...
